That Tumblr/AO3 timing is an interesting aspect of what has happened to fandom.

There's a part where LJ (and soon DW) were much more welcoming of fandom than anyone else and it was someplace I could both post my stories (and get feedback!) as well as visit with my friends.

I'm as guilty as anyone by not posting more than links to my stories, so I'll also be trying to post most things that folk can talk about... have to start somewhere.
