 ... I'm locked out of my oldest livejournal from high school, and I kinda want to go through some of it. Mostly for the memory preservation, and also because some weird shit happened.

I just asked the folks at livejournal if they'll transfer the account email to a current account so I can reset my password (the hotmail I used to set it up initially has been deleted).

We'll see how this goes?

if i remember rightly, there was a thing called ljbook that lets you download everything from an old lj to a pdf? it seems to still be a thing, dunno how much it's changed?

Oh I think you've talked about that before! I should really check it out - My journal was mainly friends-only, so I'm not sure how that plays into things.
