Thank you so much for this email script - that is super helpful. And both you and jenett above made a really good point about telling them that something might have been off for other vendors as well. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not the only vendor this happened to. It's just so unprofessional. I get more communication from vending at events where the booth fee is $20!
