I have the same weirdness with sleep timing and just... ending up going with what's right for my body, regardless of what the "correct"/"healthy" thing to do is. After all, those are averages and not calibrated for an *individual* and the individual's current circumstances.
Probably I should get a *little* more sleep though, ahaha.
